What I do

What you actually get.

The work that moves your numbers, done by a senior operator. Here is what that looks like in practice.

/01

Build what users actually need

A one-page brief and validated assumptions come before a single line of code, so you ship the right thing.

/02

A usable MVP, fast

Ship something real in weeks, then iterate from actual user behaviour instead of guessing inside a spec.

/03

Infrastructure right-sized for you

A stack that matches your stage today with a clear path to scale, never over-engineered or fragile.

/04

Payments engineered properly

Stripe, subscriptions, and refund logic architected to handle real money from launch.

/05

Monitoring from day one

Error tracking, uptime alerts, and performance monitoring so problems surface before your users find them.

/06

Grounded in the market

Competitor analysis and user validation happen before the first wireframe, so you build with evidence.

How it works
01

Brief + audit

I learn your business, audit what already exists, and agree on what success actually looks like.

02

Strategy

A clear plan: channel selection, creative brief, budget allocation, and the numbers we are chasing.

03

Build + launch

I execute. You see everything in real time through a shared reporting dashboard.

04

Optimise

Weekly optimisation cycles and monthly strategy reviews. Compounding gains, never set and forget.

Common questions

Good to know.

The questions I get asked most about this, answered straight.

MVP web apps typically start at $10,000 to $25,000. Native mobile apps start higher. Full SaaS products with extensive functionality can run $50,000 to $150,000+, depending on scope. I scope in detail and give a fixed price before anything starts.

Lean MVP builds run six to ten weeks. Full SaaS products typically take three to six months for v1, then ongoing iteration. I give a realistic timeline at the scoping stage and hold to it.

I default to React Native via Expo for mobile because it ships faster and is easier to maintain. I will recommend pure native if the use case genuinely requires it.

Yes. AI integration is one of my specialties. I build custom Claude and GPT-powered features into existing products regularly, including search, summarisation, classification, agents, and more.

Yes. Most app and SaaS clients move into a monthly retainer for ongoing development, infrastructure management, and support after launch.
